40% rent-up fee is charged for the renting or leasing of your unit. Rent-up fees are charged only once per year and only if your property is re-rented.
Larger multi-unit management fees will vary depending on location, rental rates, and whether they will require on-site management. All multi units will be visited by our staff for a free evaluation and management fee quote.
